Charlie S.

Charlie S. has a strong background in human resources, with experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 1999, Charlie worked as an Office Manager at Tyan & Zgheib Law Firm, where they gained knowledge of legal and commercial industries. In 2008, Charlie became an HR & Admin Manager at Capital Recruitment Services, handling daily operations and recruitment events. In 2009, they joined Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP as an HR & Admin Manager and later became the Regional HR & Admin Manager, overseeing all aspects of HR for Middle East offices. In 2012, Charlie became the Director of HR & Finance at Fort Consultancy & Development Corporation SAL, implementing policies and procedures and creating a positive work environment. They then joined Chalhoub Group in 2015 as a Department Manager - HR and later became the HR Manager, leading 16 HR professionals and improving the HR Services department's rating. In 2018, Charlie joined SEPHORA as a Talent Acquisition & Development Manager and Etoile Group as a Group HR Business Partner, handling HR activities across multiple countries and brands. Currently, Charlie holds the position of Head of HR - MEA at KIKO MILANO.
