Gherarda Levati

Gherarda Levati has a solid work experience in the field of Human Resources. Gherarda is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at KIKO MILANO. Prior to this, they worked at Amplifon, where they held various roles including Asia Pacific Sr HR Director, Global Total Reward Sr Director, Group Talent & Total Reward Director, and Italy HR & Organization Director. Gherarda was responsible for leading HR initiatives across multiple countries and managing a team of employees. Before joining Amplifon, Gherarda worked at Gilead Sciences as an HR Director, where they were involved in various HR processes and projects. Gherarda also worked at Castorama Italia Gruppo Kingfisher as an HR & Organization Director and Organizational Development Manager, and at Carrefour Italia as Head Office HR Manager and Recruiting, Staffing and Career Development Manager. Gherarda's work experience also includes a role as a Training Manager at Gruppo GS.

Gherarda Levati attended Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore from 1990 to 1996, where they studied Literature and Communication.
