Katie O'Reilly

Katie O'Reilly currently serves as the Regional Managing Director for North America at KIKO MILANO, a position held since August 2024. Previously, Katie O'Reilly was the Vice President of International & Global Commercial at MAC Cosmetics from 2018 to 2024, and also served as the Brand General Manager for the Middle East. Prior experience includes leadership roles in marketing at Chalhoub Group as Head of Marketing for Tryano, and at Al Tayer Group as General Manager of Marketing for various major brands. Notably, Katie O'Reilly spent over a decade at Macy's, holding multiple vice president roles in marketing and merchandising. Early career experience includes being a buyer at Lord + Taylor. Katie O'Reilly holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Creative Writing from Florida State University.
