Jennifer Bell

Head of Customer Success at Kikoff

Jennifer Bell has over 15 years of experience in customer service and operations management. Jennifer began their career in 2006 as a Service Manager at Wells Fargo, where they led a team of 25 and was responsible for audit regulations, money movement, and maintaining financial records. In 2011, they joined Intuit as a Senior Leader - Payroll Customer Success, where they managed over 100 employees and implemented process improvements. Jennifer then moved to Manager Payroll Activations, and then Service and Support Specialist 2. In 2020, Bell joined PODS as an Operations Manager, where they communicated goals, initiatives, and process changes to call center employees and evaluated accuracy and customer experience. Most recently, in 2021, Bell became the Head of Customer Success at Kikoff.

Jennifer Bell attended Truckee Meadows Community College from 2004 to 2006.
