Vinni Bala

Vinni Bala is the current Head of Operations at Kikoff. Prior to this, they were the VP, Head of Credit & Debit Cards at Patelco Credit Union from February 2020 to March 2021. Before that, they were the Chief Credit Officer at Deserve from April 2016 to October 2019. Prior to that, they were the Vice President, Head of Early Stage Consumer Cards at Wells Fargo from April 2010 to March 2016.

Vinni Bala graduated with a MBA in Marketing from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a BA in English from Creighton University.

They are on a team with Patrick Glover - Head of Marketing, Christophe Chong - Co-Founder & CTO, and Andrew Brix - Head of Product. Vinni Bala reports to Cynthia Chen, Co-Founder & CEO.
