Rhiannon Hayes

Rhiannon Hayes currently serves as the Head of Marketing at Kiku since August 2025. Prior to this role, Rhiannon held several significant positions in marketing, including Head of Product Marketing and Senior Marketing Manager at Monta from April 2022 to August 2025, and Senior Brand and Marketing Manager at OVO between November 2020 and March 2022. Rhiannon also worked as a Partner Marketing Manager at Google from February 2019 to November 2020, Brand and Channel Marketing Manager for the UK at HMD Global from January 2017 to February 2019, and Key Account Manager at Brightstar UK from January 2015 to January 2017, where responsibilities included business analysis. Rhiannon's academic qualifications include a Sustainable Business Strategy degree from Harvard Business School Online in 2019, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Cardiff University from 2011 to 2014.
