Bella Hardaker currently serves as a Talent Acquisition and Development Assistant at Kilburn & Strode since April 2023. Prior to this role, Bella gained experience as a Human Resources Assistant at Walkers from October 2022 to April 2023 and held positions as an HR/Reward Assistant and HR Administrator at Trowers & Hamlins from September 2018 to September 2022. Bella is also pursuing a degree as a Ski Instructor through the British Association of Snowsport Instructors (BASI) since 2018, following education at Oxted School from 2010 to 2015.
