Bridget Skelton is an accomplished Executive Director and business consultant with extensive experience in leadership coaching, organizational design, and strategic advisory roles. Currently leading Bridget Skelton Ltd since 2006, Bridget provides tailored support to senior executives and boards to enhance business performance. In addition, Bridget serves as a Non-Executive Director at Kilburn & Strode and Mills & Reeve LLP, alongside a Non-Executive role at Kent Community Health NHS Trust.
