Michel Brülhart

Michel Brülhart has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Michel began their career in 2012 at Swisscom as a Supervisor FTTx, where they worked until 2019. During this time, they gained experience in managing and supervising teams. In 2019, they joined Securiton AG as a Prozess- und Compliance-Manager, where they focused on process and compliance management. In 2020, they joined Kilchenmann AG, first working in Business Development and later becoming the Head of Supply Chain Management. As the Head of Supply Chain Management at Kilchenmann AG, Michel Brülhart is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's supply chain operations.

Michel Brülhart completed a Bachelor of Science in Betriebsökonomie from the School of Management Fribourg (HEG-FR) from 2013 to 2017. In 2022, they obtained a CAS in Digital Leadership from the Private Hochschule Wirtschaft PHW Bern. Michel also completed a CAS in Digital Transformation from the same institution from 2021 to 2022. From 2019 to 2020, Michel pursued a CAS in General Compliance Management from the HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich. Additionally, they obtained a Technische Berufsmaturität from EMF in 2010 and an Elektromonteur EFZ from EPAI-GIBS in 2009. In May 2022, Michel Brülhart acquired the Lean Master certification from SGO Business School.
