Sharon Goodenow

Sharon Goodenow is an experienced instructional systems designer and eLearning specialist currently employed at Kilda Group LLC since August 2015, where responsibilities include creating blended learning solutions, eLearning courses, classroom training materials, and promoting virtual team tools. Prior to this, Sharon held positions at Laureate Education, Inc., Navy Federal Credit Union, COLA, and PHICO Group, Inc., accumulating extensive experience in designing graduate-level courses, creating eLearning and webinar content, and facilitating training for various organizations. Sharon earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Oakland University and has further educational credentials from Penn State University and participation in a POAC class.
