Dave Fanning Aeng Miei

Dave Fanning AEng MIEI is an experienced engineer currently employed by Kildare County Council since May 2023. Prior roles include serving as a resident engineer with Fehily Timoney and Company overseeing enabling works at Ballaghveny Landfill, and with RPS managing various projects, including the upgrade of the L2005 Local Road in Kerdiffstown and traffic calming measures in Clondalkin. Previous experience encompasses positions at Jacobs, Bechtel Corporation, and Italconsult SAB, focusing on major civil engineering projects in regions such as Mozambique, Saudi Arabia, and Ireland. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of South Wales and a National Certificate in Civil Engineering from Munster Technological University.
