James Glancy

James Glancy is a skilled architectural professional with extensive experience in building inspection and works management, currently serving as Clerk of Works for Kildare County Council since June 2023. Prior to this, James held positions as a Building Inspector and Clerk of Works at Dublin City Council from April 2022 to June 2023, and as Technician Grade 1 at Wicklow County Council from March 2021 to April 2022. James also served as Senior Architectural Technologist and Associate at FKP Architects from March 2018 to March 2021, following a role as Architect Technician with the same firm from September 2007 to March 2021. James began a career in architecture as a Student Technician at Leitrim County Council in 2006. Academically, James holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Technology, with education from Waterford Institute of Technology, Trinity College Dublin, and Maynooth University.
