Peter A. Fleming, PE, is the Principal Engineer at Kilduff Underground Engineering, Inc. With over 40 years of diverse construction experience, they previously served as Vice President at Railroad Construction Company, Inc. and have extensive expertise in civil engineering design, construction management, and project leadership. Peter's notable projects include the design-build Hudson-Bergen Light Rail Program and various intermodal projects for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
