Rosa Hopkins

Rosa Hopkins currently serves as the Coordinator for the Educational Opportunity Center at Kilgore College, a federal program aimed at assisting individuals in achieving their college degree aspirations since October 2021. Previously, Rosa held the position of Battering Intervention Prevention Coordinator at the Women's Center of East Texas, and worked as a Coordinator at Tyler Junior College from August 2018 to April 2022. Educationally, Rosa Hopkins has pursued advanced studies at The University of Texas at Tyler Graduate School, holding a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and a Master of Science in Human Resource Development, along with a Master of Human Resource Development.
