Baraka Chijenga

Baraka Chijenga has gained extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 2014, they worked as a Finance Officer at Pyramid Pharma. In 2015, they co-founded and served as the Managing Director of Eliminex Tanzania Limited, where they focused on providing cleaning, pesticide, and agro-related services. In 2017, Chijenga founded and served as the Managing Director of Kilimo Network (T) Ltd., a company dedicated to connecting farmers with customers. Most recently, in 2018, they founded and became the CEO of Kilimo Fresh Foods Africa LTD, which operates a B2B E-commerce produce distribution platform, specializing in reducing post-harvest losses and improving agricultural practices.

Baraka Chijenga pursued their education from 2005 to 2012 at Loyola High School. During this period, they did not earn a specific degree or study any specific field. Baraka later attended Mzumbe University from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship Development.
