Dr. Rolando Ortiz

Dr. Rolando Ortiz has been with Killam Development since September 1996, holding positions such as Chief Operating Officer and Manager. Prior to that, Dr. Rolando worked at Killam Oil Company and Killam Development, Ltd. as a Real Estate Development Manager. Dr. Ortiz holds a PhD in Leadership Studies from Our Lady of the Lake University, an MBA in International Business from Texas A&M International University, and a BBA in Business Administration and Management from Texas State University.
