Mick Boyle has held multiple leadership positions throughout their career. Mick is currently the President of the Civil Contractors Federation National. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of the federation and was also a board member. In addition, Mick Boyle has been the Executive Chair at Ardent Underground since 2020.

Before their involvement in the federation, Boyle was the Managing Director and Founder of Killeavy Castle Limited. Under their leadership, the company restored Killeavy Castle, turning it into a boutique hotel and events center. Mick also owns and operates Killeavy Castle Estate, which includes a hotel, restaurant, café, spa, and working farm.

Earlier in their career, Boyle founded and served as the Executive Chairman of Abergeldie Complex Infrastructure. Mick was responsible for the company's growth and development, overseeing numerous complex engineering projects and leading technological advancements.

Before founding Abergeldie, Boyle worked as a Project Manager at Thiess Contractors Pty Ltd, where they completed various projects across Australia, including bridge construction, plant revamp, road upgrade, and lock construction.

Overall, Mick Boyle has extensive experience in the civil contracting and infrastructure industry, with a strong track record of leadership and project management.

Mick Boyle received a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Sydney, from 1982 to 1985.
