Killian Pacific
Nicole Stein currently serves as the Director of Social Impact & Sustainability at Killian Pacific. With two decades of experience at Umpqua Bank, Nicole advanced from Community Affairs Manager to Senior Vice President and ESG Director, where responsibilities included developing and implementing the bank's ESG program and establishing its first charitable foundation. Nicole also held roles focused on corporate responsibility strategy, community engagement, and philanthropy, significantly increasing volunteer participation and enhancing the company’s brand reputation through strategic initiatives during mergers. Educationally, Nicole holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management from Portland State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Biology from Augustana College. Prior experience includes teaching English in Japan through the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program.
