Robin Debiase

Robin Debiase currently serves as the Assistant Head of School, Director of Advancement, and Business Education Teacher at Killington Mountain School since January 2024. Previously, Robin held the position of Chief People Officer at AWH - Ascend Wellness Holdings from March 2021 to October 2023, and served as VP People Partner for North America and Emerging Markets at WW (formerly Weight Watchers) from November 2019 to March 2021, overseeing HR for over 10,000 employees across multiple countries. Robin's extensive experience includes senior roles at Delta Galil USA, Hanesbrands Inc., Walgreens, Circuit City, and Tandy Corporation, with a strong focus on strategic HR leadership, executive recruiting, and global HR management. Robin earned an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and a B.A. in Human Relations from St. Joseph's University New York.
