Marco Severi

Marco Severi has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

Marco started their career at Ricci e Figli in 2013 as an Inventory Control specialist. In 2014, they briefly worked at Unindustria Bologna as a Business Development and Sales analyst.

In 2016, Marco gained private trader experience at FXGM, managing their own money account. Marco then joined Bloomberg LP in 2017, where they worked in various roles including Equity and Portfolio analytics, and later as a Portfolio & Index analyst and salesperson.

From 2019 to 2022, Marco served as a Member of The British Blockchain Association. In 2020, they joined Chainalysis Inc. as an EMEA Account Executive, responsible for the Italian market. Marco eventually became the Italy Director, overseeing compliance and investigation software.

Currently, Marco is employed as the Sales Director at Kiln, starting their role in July 2022.

Marco Severi completed their education at SKEMA Business School from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Financial Markets and Investments. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, during the period of 2012 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Marco has also obtained several certifications, including Certified Blockchain Solution Architect from the Blockchain Training Alliance in September 2019, Private Equity and Venture Capital from Coursera in March 2019, and Ielts from the British Council in July 2014. Marco also has the certification in Bloomberg Market Concepts, although the details regarding its obtaining are not provided.
