Susan M. Spaeth

Susan Spaeth serves as Chief Legal Officer of the firm. She served as the Firm’s Managing Partner from 2013 to 2019, and as the Managing Partner at Townsend and Townsend and Crew LLP from 2001 to 2007. Ms. Spaeth focuses her practice on intellectual property and complex/technical litigation, particularly patent litigation, licensing and counseling. She has represented biotechnology, medical device and high technology companies in various federal district courts, the United States International Trade Commission and European patent litigation.
