Andrea Tejeda Madero

Andrea Tejeda Madero has three years of work experience, beginning in 2020. In 2020, they held an internship with LINK MEXICO as a Human Resources Intern. In 2021, they worked as an IT Recruiter Intern with UTOPICODE, where they helped candidates find the best opportunities and push their career, created and monitored the performance metrics of each candidate at a technical and interpersonal level, and assessed candidates through UTOPIC0DE's recruitment process and upskilling offer. In 2022, they began working as an International Executive Search Consultant with Kilpatrick Executive Search, an international company founded in 1997 focused on People Solutions. Kilpatrick has more than 80 consultants working from 6 hubs and 18 different locations in Europe, Asia and the Americas with its HQ in Lugano, Switzerland.

Andrea Tejeda Madero is currently studying for a Licenciatura in Psychology at the Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, which they began in 2019 and is expected to complete in 2022.
