Chris Mallaber

Chris Mallaber, MBA, has extensive experience in revenue accounting, having been with Kilroy Realty Corporation since October 2006. Current responsibilities as Manager, Revenue Accounting involve coordinating asset management and accounting efforts, maintaining the master leasing schedule, and overseeing financial analysis and reporting related to leases and tenant occupancy. Previous roles include Senior Revenue Accountant, Revenue Accountant, Cash Receipt Accountant, and Accounting Assistant, each involving progressively complex financial tasks, including the management of over $800 million in annual cash transactions and compliance with corporate policies. Chris holds an MBA with a focus on Accounting Decision Systems from Loyola Marymount University and a BA in Psychology from San Francisco State University. Prior experience includes teaching math and science at St. Francis De Sales School.
