John Gillespie

John Gillespie serves as the Senior Vice President of Construction Services at Kilroy Realty Corporation since March 2012. Prior to this role, John held the position of Senior Project Manager at CB Richard Ellis from April 2007 to February 2012, where responsibilities included project management oversight for various instructional client-owned and tenant direct projects. John's project portfolio includes notable improvements and remodels across multiple sectors, including industrial, office, and retail. Earlier experience includes serving as Project Manager at Hotel 1000, Madison Tower, and at TenantWorks, as well as Project Manager at Unico Construction/UNIMARK Construction Group. John earned a BS/BA in Real Estate & Construction Management from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, graduating in 1992.
