Joshua Garza

Joshua Garza has a solid work experience history, starting as a Facilities Student Manager at the University of Southern California from September 2003 to May 2007. Joshua then joined Kilroy Realty Corporation, where they held multiple roles including Senior Property Manager from June 2007 to January 2018, Asset Manager from February 2018 to February 2022, Portfolio Manager from February 2022 to February 2023, and currently serves as the Vice President of Asset Management since February 2023.

Joshua Garza attended the USC Marshall School of Business from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management. During the same period, they also attended the University of Southern California and obtained a B.S. degree in Business Administration.
