Natalia Morales

Natalia Morales is an experienced professional in asset management currently serving as the Director of Asset Management at Kilroy Realty Corporation since September 2017. In this role, Natalia oversees asset management teams and manages a portfolio of thirty-two buildings totaling 4.5 million square feet of class “A” office, retail, and life science space across South San Francisco, the Peninsula, and Silicon Valley. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Asset Manager and Asset Manager at Kilroy Realty Corporation, where management of eleven buildings totaling 2 million square feet was a key responsibility. Earlier in the career, Natalia held the role of Portfolio Manager at Hudson Pacific Properties and General Manager at Equity Office Properties Trust, overseeing significant portfolios of commercial real estate. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Notre Dame de Namur University.
