Nina K. Prasad

Nina K. Prasad has extensive experience in the legal field, with a focus on real estate. Nina K. began their career as a Policy and Legislative Affairs Intern at Global Green USA, where they conducted research and outreach to improve sustainability. Nina K. then served as a Legal Intern at the Center on Race, Poverty & the Environment. Continuing their legal education, they worked as an Environment and Natural Resources Division Law Clerk at the U.S. Department of Justice.

Prasad then joined Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP as a Summer Associate and later as a Real Estate Associate, representing institutional investors and developers in complex real estate transactions. Nina K. drafted and negotiated various legal documents and provided analysis of leases and title documents.
