Peter Dowley

Peter Dowley has extensive work experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on investments. Peter currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Investments Lead, San Diego & Life Science at Kilroy Realty Corporation since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as Vice President, Investments Lead, San Diego & Life Science at the same company from August 2020 to February 2022. Before joining Kilroy Realty Corporation, Peter worked at Strata Equity Group, Inc. as an Associate from January 2017 to February 2018. Peter also has experience at BioMed Realty as an Associate in the Investments department from March 2013 to January 2017. Peter started their career at Ernst & Young as an Analyst in Real Estate Transaction Advisory from September 2011 to March 2013.

Peter Dowley attended the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a BS degree in Business Administration.
