Carl Nimhed

Carl Nimhed is an experienced embedded software engineer currently employed at Kilter since August 2025. Prior to this role, Carl worked as a software engineer at InVivo Bionics, developing embedded C firmware for a medical device while ensuring regulatory compliance with IEC 62034 from March 2024 to July 2025. In 2022, Carl served as a system engineer at AMRA Medical, focusing on a master thesis project that involved machine learning applications on medical images. Earlier experiences include a development internship at NIRA Dynamics AB and a summer internship at Veoneer, where Carl contributed to the automatic generation of video sequences for performance visualization. Carl holds a Civilingenjörsexamen in Datateknik from Linköping University (2017-2022) and studied at Lund University from 2014 to 2016.
