Steve Titus

Steve Titus is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in retail and franchise development. Currently serving as the Director of Real Estate & Franchise Development at Kilwins Chocolates Franchise, Inc. since January 2011, Steve has also held the position of VP-Development, leading the expansion of Kilwin's franchise stores. Prior to Kilwins, Steve was the President of Titus Consulting Group, specializing in hardlines retail expertise and business development. Steve's background includes significant leadership roles at Sears Holdings and Sears Canada, where responsibilities encompassed managing store operations, sales, and the launch of innovative retail concepts. Educational credentials include a dual major in Business Administration, Economics & Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, along with Mini MBAs from Northwestern University and William & Mary.
