Kaushik Barodiya

Kaushik Barodiya is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and team leadership. As Co-Founder of kim.cc since August 2023, Kaushik is focused on creating a digital BPO platform for customer support aimed at 50 million small and mid-sized businesses. Previously, as Engineering Manager at Dream11 from August 2019 to February 2023, Kaushik led the development of an in-house machine learning platform, Darwin, while also innovating in GraphQL and web application performance metrics. With prior roles including Technical Lead at Toppr, Senior Software Engineer at Goomo, and Co-Founder of LabelMeUp, Kaushik has a robust background in managing product development, creating customer-centric applications, and enhancing user experiences across diverse technology landscapes. Kaushik holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from IIT Indore.
