Lena Camilla Nielsen

Lena Camilla Nielsen is an experienced professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as the People & Culture Director at Kim Johansen Transport Group since October 2022. Previously, Lena held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Urbaser A/S in Denmark from January 2019 to September 2022. Additional experience includes serving as HR Manager and Head of HR & Payroll at Compass Group Danmark from November 2012 to December 2018, and as HR partner and Head of Section at NaturErhvervstyrelsen from March 2007 to October 2012. Early career roles include a position as a law student at 3f and various responsibilities at Nykredit. Lena holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen and the Higher Commercial Examination (HHX) from Roskilde Handelsskole.
