Ana Oliveira Araujo has been working in various roles since 2007. From 2007 to 2018, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Caixa Economic Federal Bank, where their responsibilities included utilizing effective communication skills to answer customer queries and concerns, handling basic and/or general queries following bank policies and procedures, and answering emails, phone calls, and transferring calls to the respective staff members. In 2018, they joined Donnelley Financial Solutions as a Product Specialist - Project Manager Assistant, where their responsibilities included assisting Project Managers with project planning, providing technical support and continuous training in support of the existing product, assisting management in day to day operational aspects of a project and scope, providing daily support of the systems for customers, and cooperating with Project Managers to communicate and follow up with clients about specific projects and their goals. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as an Event Planner and Event Manager at Lavish Girls. Finally, in 2019, they joined Kim Technologies as a Project Manager - Business Analyst.

Ana Oliveira Araujo has a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix, with a focus in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Ana is currently working towards a Project Management Professional Certification from Google, which is expected to be completed in 2022. Ana also holds a Certificate in Meeting and Event Planning from The Art Institute of New York City, as well as a Language Interpretation and Translation Certificate from Union College - NJ. Additionally, Ana has obtained three Coursera certificates in Project Planning: Putting It All Together, Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project, and Foundations of Project Management, which were all obtained in 2022.
