Richard Yawn

Richard Yawn has worked in various roles in the technology field since 1999. Richard began their career at Aflac in 1999 as a Senior Developer and then moved to IBM Global Services as a Senior IT Specialist in 2000. In 2001, they returned to Aflac as an Enterprise Architect, where they were responsible for aligning technology with the business and designing enterprise data models. In 2004, they joined Magenic Technologies as a Principal Consultant, where they were responsible for customer relations, architecture, design and development of software, sales support, and public speaking. In 2007, they joined TalentQuest as an Enterprise Architect and IBM Global Services as a Senior IT Specialist. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at the State of New Jersey Judiciary as a COE Administrator (Enterprise Architecture). In 2014, they founded CliXLEX Group LLC, where they developed a cloud-first artificial intelligence platform with neural networks and machine learning. In 2015, they joined Kim Technologies as the CTO and Board Member, where they were responsible for all facets of program and product planning and development, platform architecture, development, and design.

Richard Yawn obtained their Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Mercer University in 2003. Richard also holds certifications from Microsoft, including MCSD, MCSE, and MCPi, which they obtained in October 1998.
