Jeff McGuire

Jeff McGuire, SPHR has over three decades of work experience, with a focus on human resources and labor relations. Jeff started their career at General Motors in 1989, where they held multiple cross-functional roles until 1997. Jeff then served as a Human Resources & Labor Relations Manager until 2000, followed by roles as a Personnel Director, Human Resources Director, and Labor Relations Director. In 2004, they became the Human Resources Director at General Motors until 2009. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as a Labor Relations Director. In 2013, they joined Remy International as the Vice President of Global Human Resources and stayed until 2016. From 2016 to 2020, they were the Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer at Android Industries. Jeff currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources at Kimber Mfg., Inc. which they started in July 2021.

Jeff McGuire, SPHR, completed their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting at LSU Shreveport from 1985 to 1988. In July 2016, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
