Matthew Shirley

Matthew Shirley, CSSBB, is a seasoned professional with significant experience in operations and process improvement. Currently serving as the New Product and Process Integration Manager at Kimber Mfg., Inc. since January 2021, Matthew has also held positions as Lean Industrial Engineer and Production Supervisor within the same company. Prior to this role, Matthew worked at HB&G Building Products, Inc. from February 2018 to November 2020 in various capacities, including Operations Manager, Continuous Improvement/Quality Assurance Manager, and Production Manager. Experience at JELD-WEN, Inc. as Group Manager and The Home Depot as Millwork Specialist further complements Matthew's extensive background. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a minor in Business and Graphic Design from the University of Montevallo, completed in 2012.
