Scott Lawson

Scott Lawson is a partner at Lawson + Lawson LLP, a boutique firm specializing in litigation and employment law, since November 2012. In addition to this role, Scott serves as a member of the board of directors for Kimberlite Corporation. Prior experience includes positions as a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, LLP from 2010 to 2012, and partner and associate at Quinn Emanuel from 1998 to 2010. Scott also worked as an associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP from 1994 to 1998 and completed an externship with the United States District Court in Utah in 1994. Early in Scott's career, a law clerk position was held at the Office of the Attorney General for the State of Utah in 1993. Academically, Scott earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, a Master of Arts in Asian Studies, and a Bachelor of Arts in History, both from the University of California, Berkeley.
