Cindy Masters is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community engagement and social responsibility. Currently serving as Manager of Social Responsibility and Community Engagement at Kimberly-Clark since April 2022, Cindy manages employee giving and volunteer programs, successfully implementing initiatives that enhance access for over 25,000 international employees. Previously, as Director of Community Relations and Solutions at Dallas College, Cindy played a pivotal role in building partnerships that increased student access to education and resources while fostering a collaborative network of over 100 nonprofit organizations. Cindy's career also includes strategic roles at American Airlines and the Dallas Regional Chamber, where innovative programming and stakeholder engagement were emphasized. Cindy holds a B.A. in Journalism, Public Relations from the University of North Texas and has obtained further education from the SMU Cox School of Business and Georgetown University in Social Impact Partnerships.
