Daryl Bell

Daryl Bell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and development, currently serving as Vice President of Innovation Capabilities at Kimberly-Clark since June 1996. Daryl has held various leadership roles, including Director of the Central Research Organization, where oversight of a team of over 50 scientists and engineers was critical in areas such as Digital Innovation and Technology Transfer. Previous positions included Senior Director of Global Research & Engineering and Director of Corporate Research & Engineering, focusing on breakthrough innovation and applied technologies. Daryl's early career included a role as Senior Sales Strategy Manager for HUGGIES Baby Wipes and engineering co-op roles at Dow Chemical. Daryl holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
