David W. Scott

Senior Environmental Engineer at Kimberly-Clark

David W. Scott is a seasoned environmental engineer with extensive experience in the field since 1996. Currently serving as a Senior Environmental Engineer at Kimberly-Clark since July 2021, David has a strong background in preparing various environmental permits, including Title V and LPDES permits for facilities across multiple states. Previous roles include Environmental Engineer at ALTEC ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING LLC, where David focused on air, wastewater, and stormwater permits. Earlier experiences as an Exam Development Engineer at NCEES involved managing the development of multiple Professional Engineering exams.
