Ipsita Das

Ipsita Das has extensive experience in procurement, sourcing, and customer service within the pharmaceutical and consumer products industries. Most recently, Ipsita served as the Head of Customer Service, Warehouse & Logistics and Head of Procurement at Kimberly-Clark from March 2018 to October 2024. Prior to this, Ipsita held leadership roles in procurement at Diversey India Private Ltd. and in sourcing at Sealed Air India Private Limited. Ipsita’s career began at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories as a Manager in API Global Sourcing, following a position as Manager of Sourcing at DSM Sinochem Pharmaceuticals. Ipsita Das earned an MBA in Marketing and Operations from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, between January 2002 and January 2004.
