Josh Blacksmith serves as the Senior Director of Global Integrated Marketing and Experiences at Kimberly-Clark since April 2019, overseeing global marketing strategy across various channels within the Global Growth Organization. Prior to this role, Josh led the global digital vision and consumer engagement initiatives as Senior Director of Global Consumer Relationships and Engagement. In addition to industry roles, Josh holds several leadership positions, including President of the Board of Directors for AMA Chicago and advisory board memberships with organizations such as LiveRamp and CRMC. Previous experience includes significant positions at FCB Chicago, where Josh managed high-profile accounts, and at CADM in various leadership capacities. Josh earned an MBA with a Marketing concentration from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and a BA in Advertising from Iowa State University, complemented by international study in advertising at the University of Newcastle.
