Macon Field possesses extensive experience in policy and regulatory affairs, having held prominent roles such as Director of Policy & Regulatory Affairs and Director of International Government Relations at Kimberly-Clark from August 2022 to September 2024. Prior to this, Macon served as Principal at Macon Strategies, and as Assistant Vice President for Program Development at the National Defense Industrial Association from March 2018 to May 2019. Additionally, Macon held the position of Policy Director at the Brazil-U.S. Business Council with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce from November 2015 to February 2018, and worked as Manager of International Government Relations and Coordinator of Government Relations and PAC at Harris Corporation from April 2011 to November 2015. Macon Field holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business from Auburn University and a Master of Public Administration in Organizational Leadership from Norwich University.
