Nicole Smith

Nicole Smith has extensive experience in logistics and inventory management, currently serving as a Logistics Sr. Specialist at Kimberly-Clark since November 2001, overseeing finished goods inventory across the North America network. Previous roles at Kimberly-Clark include positions as Distribution Advanced Professional, Inventory Control Coordinator, Inventory Control Systems Specialist, Inventory Control Analyst, and Inventory Associate, where Nicole demonstrated leadership as a lead trainer and managed inventories at contract manufacturing locations. Prior to her tenure at Kimberly-Clark, Nicole worked as an Administrations Officer at GTI Roll, handling payroll and employee benefits, and gained foundational experience in accounting at Outlook Group Corp. Early career involved serving as a Territory Manager at Guell Sales and Marketing, managing retail accounts in the grocery sector. Nicole graduated from Neenah High School in 1982.
