Randy Berg

Randy Berg is a seasoned professional in category management with extensive experience in the consumer goods industry. Presently serving as a Senior Team Leader in Category Management at Kimberly-Clark since October 2015, Randy leads the Walmart and Sam’s Club Baby Category Advisor team. Prior to this role, Randy spent nearly a decade at The Hershey Company, advancing from Manager of Category Development for Convenience Stores to Senior Manager of Category Strategy & Insights, overseeing a team of seven focused on various categories including Front End Impulse and Seasonal Candy. Randy holds a degree in Marketing, Management, and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, earned between 1988 and 1993.
