Stacey Valy Panayiotou

As Chief Human Resources Officer for Kimberly-Clark, Stacey Valy Panayiotou leads the global HR function to achieve the company's people ambition. She plays a critical role in enabling company strategy through Kimberly-Clark's workforce worldwide, focusing on talent development, organizational effectiveness, and building cultures that are both high-performing and deeply caring.

Ms. Panayiotou has more than two decades of proven HR leadership experience, most recently serving as CHRO at Ball Corporation, where she built a best-in-class global HR organization. She also held a number of senior HR leadership roles, including CHRO at Graphic Packaging International, and spent 13 years with The Coca-Cola Company in various global positions, including leading talent development and HR operations across more than 120 countries.

Ms. Panayiotou holds two master's degrees from Loyola University Chicago's Institute of Human Resources & Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Iowa. She is passionate about creating workplaces where people can thrive and reach their full potential.
