Stephanie Clausen

Stephanie Clausen has a strong background in intellectual property, with experience working at various companies in managing patent and trademark teams, devising IP strategies, advising on commercial transactions, supporting corporate activities, and educating business partners. Currently serving as the Vice President, Global Head of Intellectual Property at Kimberly-Clark, Stephanie leads a team of 20 professionals and is involved in IP transformation and strategy execution. Stephanie was previously the Vice President, Chief Intellectual Property Counsel at Newell Brands, and has held roles as Managing Patent Counsel, Senior Patent Counsel, and Patent Counsel in their career. Stephanie was also selected as a 2023 LCLD Fellow at the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity.
