Sudeep Lahiri

Sudeep Lahiri serves as the Sr. Director & Regional Sector Leader for Baby & Child Care at Kimberly-Clark, leading a 45-member team and overseeing a $2 billion retail sales sector across the Asia Pacific region. With extensive experience in brand management and marketing, Sudeep previously held leadership positions at Kimberly-Clark as Director for Family Care, where rapid product introductions during the COVID-19 pandemic were notable, and as Marketing Director for Vietnam & Indochina, focusing on innovative product pipelines for Huggies®. Prior experience includes roles at Mead Johnson Nutrition as the Regional Innovation & Marketing Lead and at Marico Ltd. in various capacities, including Category Head for Wellness Foods. Sudeep holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and has participated in a Global Program for Management Development at the University of Michigan, along with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
