Takiyah Gross-Foote

Takiyah Gross-Foote is an experienced executive in talent management and development, currently serving as Vice President of Global Talent Management and Head of Global Learning at Kimberly-Clark since April 2020. Previously, Takiyah held the position of Vice President of Talent Development at LexisNexis Risk Solutions & Reed Business Information from December 2016 to April 2020 and contributed significantly to Newell Brands from October 2009 to July 2016, where initiatives included the development of impactful employee learning experiences and global skill assessment programs. Takiyah’s career spans roles in organizational effectiveness at Cox Enterprises and Accenture, supported by an Executive MBA from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/Decision Sciences from Florida State University.
