Taylor Schnupp

Taylor Schnupp has a strong background in talent management and sales enablement. They most recently served as the Global Vice President of Talent Management & Operations at Swissport. Prior to that, they held leadership roles at Constant Contact, including Head of Sales and Partner Enablement & Training and Head of Sales Enablement & Training. They also have extensive experience at Staples, where they served as the Senior Director of Talent Management & PMO Strategy and held various roles in learning development, sales, and customer service.

Taylor Schnupp holds a Master of Education (MEd) in Instructional Design and a Master of Education (MEd) in Instructional Technology Design Certificate, both obtained from UMass Boston in 2016-2017. Prior to that, Taylor obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Fisher College in 2010-2011. In 2004-2006, Taylor received an Associate's Degree in Elementary Education from Bristol Community College. In terms of additional certifications, Taylor has obtained certifications such as Everything DiSC®, Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, Hogan Certification, Unleash Your Leadership Potential, Strategic Selling with Perspective, and Strategic Selling with Perspective Coaching.
